Meredith Long

Meredith Long is the Senior Vice President and General Manager, News, Luxury & Style at Time Inc. She is responsible for developing the growth strategy for Time Inc. brands including Time, Fortune, Money, InStyle, Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure and Departures. As the brand leader, she oversees the overall financial and strategic performance as well as budget reporting. She also oversees these brands’ major franchises and live events such as the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, and the Fortune Live Media Division, which includes Fortune Most Powerful Women, the Fortune Global Forum, Brainstorm Tech and many more. Long was previously Group Publisher of Time, Fortune and Money and before that Publisher of Time from 2015 to 2016. In her spare time Mer loves to play tennis, surf, ski and travel the world.

Jenny Mayfield

Jenny Mayfield is the Director of Media Relations and Public Affairs at Nextdoor, one of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing startups.  In this role, Mayfield is charged with elevating and positioning the company’s brand as well as developing meaningful national partnerships. Prior to joining Nextdoor, Mayfield was the Director of Media Relations at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.  Mayfield started her career in the White House as a Special Assistant to the Vice President’s Chief of Staff and, later, a Press Secretary to the Vice President.

Mayfield and her hubby and three cute kids live in San Francisco, CA and in her spare time (what is that?) she loves to run (and chase her kids) and she has been all over the world, but her love of all things Southern is still intact.

Mark Oliver

Mark Oliver is a Sales and Business Development professional with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality, software (SAAS) and Internet industries. Having been born and raised in the hospitality industry, Mark’s passion building a strong customer relationship has resulted in his ability to drive sales, increase profitability and build customer loyalty at many well-known companies including: The Pebble Beach Resorts,, NetSuite and EveryScape. His focus is in sales, business development, strategic partnerships and product development. Currently, Mark is leading the Sales and Business Development team for GCommerce, which is a boutique digital marketing agency that focuses on the hospitality vertical.  Since coming on board with GCommerce, Mark has grown sales by 30%+ each year as well as building partnerships with a number of leading technology companies and consultants that focus on the hospitality.

Matt Nemer

Matt Nemer is a Senior Advisor at ComCap LLC. He has been a leading Wall Street research analyst for nearly 20 years. Matt was the first sell-side retail analyst to cover Amazon (2007) and recognize the shift this would cause for bricks and mortar retailers. He was also the only US based analyst to cover bricks and mortar retail with pure play ecommerce companies, video commerce companies, and global marketplaces. During his career, Matt has worked on a wide variety of retail and ecommerce transactions, including IPOs and follow ons for Alibaba, Wayfair, Dollar General, Five Below and dozens of other consumer growth companies.

In his spare time, Matt operates a retail store in Marin County, CA where he tinkers with omni channel technology. When he isn’t teaching his kids how to work the new point of sale system, he can be found skiing, hiking, playing tennis or planning his next trip!
